Being a proud Australian and passionate photographer, I sometimes overlook the sublime beauty of our magnificent and spectacular native wildlife. Since I spend a lot of time with birds, it is high time to wave the Australian flag and have a little brag. We cannot forget that international visitors travel thousands of miles for what may be a 'once in a lifetime' glimpse of our koalas, kangaroos, wallabies emus, wombats, echnidas, platypus - to name just a few. From now on, I will endeavour to make a conscious effort to showcase these beauties for all to enjoy.
